As I was staying with my sister, the size of the room was definitely doable, and I was really glad that this place could give us our own twin beds. The bathroom was nice (good water pressure and temperature), and the beds were a good alternative to some of the cheaper hostels I’d been staying in. The location isn’t in the center, but it’s a short walk to it (and to the lake) as well as to a 24/7 Carrefour which is always nice. I appreciated the closeness to the train station! I also appreciated the small fridge and the safe in the room. If you’re used to really fancy hotels, this place is nothing special; but for a traveler on a budget, I felt safe and comfortable.

+ Convenient location (close to the lake promenade, the piers and the city center, 10-20 min to two railway stations of Como, a supermarket nearby) + The room is rather simple but fine. There's a kettle with tea/coffee. It was quiet in the room. + Breakfast is good. + Friendly staff We stayed here 1 night at the end of our trip before flying from Malpensa. This is a good hotel for transits or if you want to explore Lake Como without having much time (otherwise, the central part of the lake is more picturesque and relaxed but requires longer stays).

This hotel is a great value, exceeded my expectations. Breakfast has many choices Staff is helpful. Bed was comfy & room offered goid storage, convenient plugs Has Hvac and an elevator. 10 min walk from Como San Giovanni train Less than 10 min walk to boats (plan ahead, ticket lines are long) Old Como is maybe 15 min walk. There's a nice market very nearby too. I had a very good pizza nearby, there's also an upscale dining offer nearby and a very nice looking Gelato store too. Staff is happy to store luggage before or after checking too.

Great breakfast, bunch of pastry, various kinds of cheese, fruits, etc, you for won’t be hungry and everyone will be able to find something for their taste. Location is grate, close to both train stations if Como as well as bus station (+bus stop just in few mins from hotel), 24/7 supermarket over the corner and ferry stations also in walkable distance. Very friendly and nice staff, they let us leave our bags in storage room after checkout and always was friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staffs! The gentleman and lady at the front desk gave me a warm welcome when I arrived the day before and helped me store my luggage before check-in. I especially appreciated the gentleman at the front desk who tried to help me get a taxi when I left at 6am this morning (because it was raining so heavy). Good location. The room was vintage but very clean, close to the main road but the noise was acceptable, I slept well. Unfortunately I didn't have time to try the breakfast.
