The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. The room was comfortable, but there’s some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, and with a few upgrades, this hotel has the potential to be even better.

Perfect hotel - really close to the Lake (5 min walk) and nearby lots of bus stops. Bus takes a few mins from the station. Mountain views from the hotel room and huge wide windows that made it feel like a balcony. The comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in! I had a single room and it was definitely slightly bigger than a single. Every member of staff I encountered was absolutely fantastic and so welcoming. Honestly - cannot recommend this hotel enough! Loved every minute of my time there.

Location was central and walking distance to everywhere: the lake, the promenade, the ferry to Bellagio/ Varenna/ Menaggio, the funicolare to Brunate, main train stations of Como San Giovanni and Como Lago (not walking friendly if you carry big luggage). Friendly staff, 24hr reception (I checked in at 11pm). Breakfast variety was lovely.

This hotel is a great value, exceeded my expectations. Breakfast has many choices Staff is helpful. Bed was comfy & room offered goid storage, convenient plugs Has Hvac and an elevator. 10 min walk from Como San Giovanni train Less than 10 min walk to boats (plan ahead, ticket lines are long) Old Como is maybe 15 min walk. There's a nice market very nearby too. I had a very good pizza nearby, there's also an upscale dining offer nearby and a very nice looking Gelato store too. Staff is happy to store luggage before or after checking too.

As I was staying with my sister, the size of the room was definitely doable, and I was really glad that this place could give us our own twin beds. The bathroom was nice (good water pressure and temperature), and the beds were a good alternative to some of the cheaper hostels I’d been staying in. The location isn’t in the center, but it’s a short walk to it (and to the lake) as well as to a 24/7 Carrefour which is always nice. I appreciated the closeness to the train station! I also appreciated the small fridge and the safe in the room. If you’re used to really fancy hotels, this place is nothing special; but for a traveler on a budget, I felt safe and comfortable.
